These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Intel Cars Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including taxi, chauffeur, airport transfer, and other related transportation services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
- Booking Process
2.1 Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website (www.intelcars.co.uk). All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us.
2.2 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including pick-up and drop-off locations, dates, times, and passenger details.
2.3 A confirmation will be sent once the booking is accepted. Please review the details and notify us immediately of any errors or changes.
- Pricing and Payments
3.1 All prices are provided at the time of booking and are based on the information supplied by you. Additional charges may apply for waiting times, extra stops, or changes to the booking.
3.2 Payments can be made in cash, by card, or via other agreed methods. Full payment may be required in advance for certain bookings.
- Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellations must be notified to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
4.2 For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.
4.3 Refunds for cancellations are subject to our discretion and any applicable cancellation fees.
- Responsibilities of Passengers
5.1 Passengers must ensure timely arrival at the agreed pick-up point. Delays may result in additional charges or cancellation of the service.
5.2 Passengers must conduct themselves respectfully and comply with driver instructions. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be the responsibility of the individual or party who made the booking.
- Service Limitations
6.1 We are not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather, or road closures.
6.2 We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who pose a safety risk or violate these Terms.
- Liability
7.1 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
7.2 Passengers are responsible for safeguarding their belongings. We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
- Amendments to Bookings
8.1 Requests to amend bookings must be made promptly. We will endeavour to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or avoid additional charges.
- Complaints
9.1 Any complaints regarding our services must be reported promptly via email at admin@intelcars.co.uk. We will investigate and respond to complaints within a reasonable time frame.
- Privacy

- Governing Law
