About Us
Who are we?
Your Trusted Travel Partner in Nottingham
At Intel Cars, we believe getting there should be the easiest part of your day.
Intel Cars is a Nottingham based chauffeur and minibus company helping individuals, families, businesses and groups travel comfortably across Nottinghamshire, the East Midlands and throughout the UK.
We understand that every journey comes with its own requirements. An early airport departure needs careful planning. A business journey needs professionalism and punctuality. A family trip may mean extra luggage, more passengers or even travelling with a pet. A wedding or special occasion needs transport you can depend on.
That is why we focus on more than simply providing a vehicle. We take the time to understand your journey, arrange the right transport and keep the important details clear from booking to arrival.
With professional drivers, comfortable cars and minibuses, convenient online booking and support for airport journeys including flight monitoring and meet & greet, we aim to make the travel experience straightforward from start to finish.
The Intel Cars approach is simple: the right vehicle, clear arrangements and genuine care for every journey.
Why We Do What We Do
Every journey is different.
Some involve tight schedules, several passengers or extra luggage. Others involve an important occasion, a long-distance trip or travelling with a pet.
We understand that the quality of your transport can affect the rest of your day.
That is why we focus on the details that matter — clear communication, suitable vehicles, professional drivers and a service you can book with confidence.

Our goal is simple: make the journey easier.
Our Mission
To provide dependable, comfortable and professional journeys that customers can rely on.
We aim to make every journey feel well organised, from the first enquiry to the final drop-off.
We listen to what our customers need, help arrange the right transport and keep communication clear throughout the booking process.
For us, good service is not about making big promises.
It is about getting the important things right.
Our Vision
To become a trusted name for chauffeur and minibus travel in Nottingham and across the East Midlands.
We want Intel Cars to be recognised not simply for the places we travel to, but for the way we look after our customers.
As we grow, our focus will remain on improving the customer experience, maintaining high standards and building relationships that last beyond a single journey.
What We Stand For

- Professionalism: From the first enquiry to the final destination, we aim to provide a courteous, respectful and dependable experience.
- Customer Care: Every passenger has different needs. We consider details such as timing, passengers, luggage, vehicle choice and special requirements.
- Transparency: We believe booking transport should be straightforward, with clear information and pricing before you travel.
- Comfort: The right vehicle can make a significant difference. We provide comfortable cars and minibuses suited to different types of journeys and group sizes.
- Continuous Improvement: We listen to feedback and use experience and technology to keep improving the way we plan and deliver our journeys.
A Service Built Around People
We believe transport should fit the person and the journey, not the other way around.
Whether you are travelling alone, with family, with colleagues, as a group, or with a pet, we consider what will make the journey more comfortable and practical.
Our cars and minibuses give customers different options, including vehicles suitable for groups of up to 7 passengers.
For customers travelling with pets, we are happy to accommodate them when arranged in advance, helping make the journey easier for both you and your companion.
